Taster Treatment
A taster session is for ou if you're not sure about Reiki but curious to give it a go.
Even though it's short, the energy will still flow and you'll get the benefit.

Full Treatment
A full session takes up to 90 minutes. this allows time for us to discuss any specific issues that you may have.
Experience tells me that several sessions may be required to really allow the energy to work on specific issues. I offer a block booking option of 3 sessions for this purpose.

Distant Healing
Unlike massage, reflexology, or acupuncture, Reiki uses universal life energy — which can be sent across any distance, just like a radio signal. Whether you're at home, at work, or traveling, Reiki can reach you wherever you are.
This form of Reiki allows you to receive the same benefits as in-person sessions — relaxation, emotional release, energy alignment — all from the comfort of your own space.
